  • Cancellation Policy:

    Virtual Appointments:

    Cancellations are accepted up to 60 minutes before the scheduled appointment time for a full refund.

    Cancellations made within 60 minutes of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

    In the case of technical challenges leading to the cancellation of a virtual appointment, clients have the option to reschedule at no additional cost. However, failure to reschedule will result in a 25% deduction from the payment.

    Mobile Appointments:

    A minimum notice of 4 hours is required for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.

    Refund Process:

    Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed immediately.

    Rescheduling:

    Clients can reschedule appointments based on availability at no additional charge if done within the allowed time frame.

    Exceptions:

    Exceptions to this policy may be considered in case of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss.

    Notice of Cancellation:

    Clients must notify us of cancellations via email or phone call to ensure proper acknowledgment and processing.
